When do bookings close?

We do accept bookings after this date if sites are available .
Sites are allocated on 1st in basis. Exhibitors from the previous year have the right to renew their site for the following year.
31 Mar is the official closing date and all site bookings are to be fully paid up by this date.

How much does it cost to enter?

No. We allocate sites based on the product or services they are promoting. Subletting to another company may cause a conflict with other nearby Exhibitors.

How will I be informed about Bump in/out procedures?

Once you have paid your site fees you will be given a PIN password . The instructions will be available on this website under Exhibitor information.

What information will I find in the Bump in/out document?

You will have a checklist of requirements plus a Bump in time.

What if I cannot make the required bump in time?

It is the exhibitors responsibility to arrive and finish drop offs by the time allocated on the bump in schedule.
Failure to do so may result in Driveways being blocked. This may mean the Exhibitor causing the issues will be turned away and rescheduled if possible.

EXHIBITORS MUST CALL 0412 463 254 if deliveries are going to be late.

Are forklifts available?

Yes . Perth Racing will provide all power connections and you will receive a separate invoice for your electrical requirements.

Where do I park on EXPO DAYS?

All exhibitors MUST park in the members area of the racecourse. ENTER VIA GATE 1 and follow the signs.
Under no circumstance will exhibitors be allowed to park in the public car park.
Offending exhibitors and their staff will be ordered to shift their vehicles
